CHINESE STUDENTS TO SPEAK OUT AGAINST PREDATORY HOUSING RENTAL PRACTICES

Montreal, March 18, 2016 — Two international students from China have mandated CRARR to help protect them from civil rights violations, exploitation and predatory housing rental practices from a local landlord who took advantage of these students' lack of knowledge of English and Quebec rental laws and their vulnerable social condition.

CRARR is working with the Concordia Student Union's Legal Information Clinic to assist the students.
