FOREIGN TRAINED MD SUES UNIVERSITY OF MONTREAL FOR $230,000 FOR PROCEDURAL IRREGULARITIES AND DISCRIMINATION

Montréal, April 18, 2011 --- A young Moroccan-born foreign trained MD seeks $230,000 in damages from the Université de Montréal for procedural unfairness, abuse of power and discrimination in a lawsuit that marks the first of many legal actions against discrimination towards International Medical Graduates (IMG).
