CRARR TO DOCUMENT SERIOUS PROBLEMS IN CIVIL RIGHTS PROTECTION

Montreal, June 29, 2011---Facing an increase in complaints from victims of racial discrimination whose cases have been mishandled by civil rights agencies, CRARR is preparing a report which it will present to legislators in the Fall.

A panel discussion with leading critical race thinkers and antiracist lawyers will be held in late Fall to mark the closure of the International Year of Persons of African Descent.
